Front Desk AgentJob Specification:
Front Desk Agent is responsible for the stays of guests in the hotel. He or she maintains the guest folder from arrival to payment on departure. He or she will also:
* Manage the telephone switchboard and take reservations
* Look after some items of accountancy refunds, payment of invoices deferred by travel agencies, etc...

* Graduated from Vocational High School majoring Hotel Hospitality : Room / Reception
* Minimum 1 year experience as Reception position in hotel industry
* Familiar using Microsoft Office. Can operate Fidelio will be an advantage.
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Have a good interpersonal communication skill, honest & service oriented.
* Good personality, self motivated and able to work under pressure
