Oncology jobs offer a lot of detailed ways for doctors to diagnose and treat cancer patients. In fact, the types of therapy work that an oncologist does covers a broad range of options for cancer treatments, including surgery. However, the therapy work that can be done by oncologists may also depend on the facility, hospital or clinic that are available to them once they get their jobs.
