The position: Glamorama/Passport model, talent and celebrity coordinator for Macy's
Location: There are openings in two locations — San Francisco and Minneapolis.
Job duties: Oversees the process of hiring models and soliciting high-profile celebrities. Also negotiates the details of their participation and coordinates with publicists and talent agencies to prepare the itinerary and schedules. Also acts as a liaison to fashion stylists, hair and makeup artists and dressers. Will coordinate model fittings, rehearsals and shows.

Requirements: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires high level of proficiency with administrative skills such as filing, faxing, coordinating mailings and drafting letters. Will spend a lot of time on the phone, so must have a professional phone manner and make it a priority to return calls promptly. Must have experience using PC software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and FileMaker. Two years of experience in the modeling industry as a model or booker is preferred. Applicant must be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player.
