The formulation of your Achievements

Description of your achievements can be of added value because it could be a job description is not enough. Other candidates with similar backgrounds who work with you, may convey a similar job description. So the hunt for a new job, consider displaying your achievements at work now or earlier in your resume. Qualified workers must have the achievement, but it's not easy to formulate it in written form. The tips below can help you.

There are several types of achievements that might be thought, choose the most relevant:

1. Achieving targets
Try to gather and remember the target imposed by the supervisor or the company to you. Personal goals or team goals are equally usable. Certainly not in any project or assignment you will always succeed. Choose where you work. If it is a personal target, then you are likely the determining factor. But if it is an achievement of the team then you must define your contribution in achieving it clearly.

2. Deadline
Some say that one key to success in business is speed. So, one might say almost all the industry must race against time, and employees were pressured to work fast in order to meet tight deadlines. Not surprisingly, employees who are qualified to perform the task and on time is very valuable.

3. Solving problems
Admittedly, the business is not simple. Business is always complex and full of problems so that employees can properly handle the problems usually become one of the "star" in his company.

4. Double Duty
There are many good and skilled people to handle a task or project that came and went. But only a few are still able to show the results of quality work, if given a few tasks that must be completed within approximately the same time. Thus, if you have this capability to display in your resume.

5. Still not also be an idea?
Think about a change that occurred in the firm after you join. Maybe there is a new system for more effective work you've created? This achievement can also be included in a resume.

How to formulate performance
The way you formulate your performance in the written form is as important as the content itself.

1. Measured
Achieving the target will be more easily digested if it is presented in the form of quantified or measured. For example the achievement of sales targets. You can mention: increasing sales to double within three months or exceeding sales targets of more than 50%. Another example relating to problem solving such as: dealing with debt and do billing with 85% success rate.

2. Complete with its context
Translation of this context can also help readers to more easily assess the quality of your achievements. Example: specify the amount or scale of your organization, positioning products / services your company in the market or the local socioeconomic conditions when your accomplishments were achieved.

3. Never overload
Do not use "make-ups" that are too thick to lure others. All you need to do is prioritize your achievements proportionately.

4. Briefly and clearly express
Use bullet-point. The sentence is too long makes people lazy to read or even one-one
